I am so glad that I grew up in a house with a great Mom. In addition to having a great relationship with my Dad, I also have a great relationship with my Mom. She has always been there for me, and even when I have had some fairly crazy ideas, she has always been willing to support me. The great thing about my Mom is that this kind of treatment from her just comes naturally. I know that she loves me unconditionally, and that is a great feeling to experience.

Because has treated me so well since the day I was born, I always try to show my appreciation to her whenever possible. One way that I try to do that is giving her surprises that I know she is going to love. Although my Mom would never ask me to get her anything, I know she really enjoys receiving gifts from me, and that makes me feel really good on the inside.

The most recent surprise I got for her was a piece of antique jewelry. Since I have been too busy at work to go home and visit her in quite awhile, I wanted her to know that she’s still always on my mind, and that’s exactly why I shipped the piece of antique jewelry to her.
